3. Order
By clicking “Pay” you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as payment has gone through and you receive our order confirmation by email. Should a product be unavailable, we will contact you immediately and refund you.
4. Payment
You pay online by card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) via our payment provider Stripe. The amount is charged when you order. Your invoice is sent to you automatically by email.
5. Delivery and pick-up
We deliver within Luxembourg only:
- Pick-up in Bissen – free.
- Delivery in the Bissen area (about 15 minutes' drive, by postcode) – free.

After your order we will contact you to arrange a date and time. Please check the goods on handover; ideally report damaged bottles or crates to us straight away.

A deposit of €6.00 is charged per crate. You get it back when you return the complete crate with the empty bottles – at pick-up, with your next delivery or by appointment.
